How do I change/cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make; we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
Can I return a “final sale” item?
Unfortunately, No. All items labeled “final sale” will not be eligible for return.
What if the item(s) I received are damaged/defective/incorrect?
If you received a faulty unit, the wrong product or are not satisfied with your order please contact our Customer Support team firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from receiving your order to start the return process. Please include the following information:

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Once processing has been completed it will take 4-8 business days for delivery in the United States.
